FAQs
Frequently asked questions
Clear answers before development begins.
These answers explain our usual B2B workflow. Your quotation, approved specification and order confirmation control where a project requires different terms.
Starting a project
What information do you need for a quotation?
Please send the product or reference, estimated quantity by style and colour, material or performance preference, branding, size range, destination and required date. A tech pack is helpful but not required for the first conversation.
Can you develop a product from a photo or physical sample?
Yes. A reference can establish the direction, but we will still confirm measurements, construction, materials, branding and any changes needed for an original production specification. Customers are responsible for having the right to use supplied designs and artwork.
Do you offer both OEM and ODM services?
Yes. OEM work follows a customer specification, while ODM support can help shape material, construction and styling from a broader brief. The exact development scope is confirmed before sampling.
Which categories can be sourced together?
Our current catalogue covers equestrian, racing teamwear, outdoor, tailored lifestyle, silk and satin accessories, fragrance packaging, drinkware, dog rainwear, umbrellas, headwear and keychains. See the Product Catalog for the complete structure.
Samples, MOQ & pricing
What is your minimum order quantity?
For many apparel styles, the typical starting point is around 100 pieces per style and colour. The actual MOQ depends on fabric minimums, dyeing, custom trims, moulded components and packaging. Accessory MOQs are quoted by specification.
How long does a sample take?
A first sample is commonly planned in approximately 7–10 working days after the required material, measurements and artwork are confirmed. Custom-developed fabric, moulds or special components may extend this timing.
Are catalogue prices final?
No. The catalogue is a B2B development reference. Final sample fees, product prices, freight, taxes and payment terms are confirmed in a written quotation based on the approved specification and quantity.
Can I order one sample?
A development or reference sample may be possible before bulk production. Availability, sample fee, freight and whether an existing or custom sample is appropriate are confirmed by our team.
Customisation & approvals
Which logo techniques are available?
Options can include embroidery, screen print, heat transfer, sublimation, silicone applications, woven labels, patches, laser marking, foil and category-specific decoration. Suitability depends on the material and artwork.
Can you match a Pantone colour?
Pantone references can guide custom colour development. Final appearance varies by fibre, surface, dye or coating process, so colour should be approved on the relevant material or component before bulk production.
Do you create custom labels and packaging?
Yes. Woven or printed labels, care labels, hangtags, barcodes, polybags, pouches, boxes and carton marks can be included. Minimums and destination-market labelling must be confirmed.
What must be approved before bulk production?
Normally the physical sample, measurement specification, fabric and colour, artwork placement, trims, labels, packaging and any named testing requirements. Bulk should not start while critical details remain open.
Production, quality & delivery
How long does bulk production take?
Timing depends on material availability, quantity, complexity, approval speed and season. The production window is confirmed in the quotation or order confirmation after the specification and approvals are clear.
How is quality checked?
Our process uses brief review, material and sample approvals, pre-production alignment, in-process checks and final release controls. See Quality & Manufacturing for details.
Can you arrange product testing or certification?
Testing can be scoped where available, but the destination, named standard, test method and pass criteria must be supplied before quotation. No catalogue item should be treated as certified unless written evidence for the final production specification is provided.
Which shipping methods are available?
Samples and urgent small shipments may travel by express or air; larger programmes may use air, sea, rail or a nominated forwarder where available. The agreed Incoterm, destination and freight responsibility are stated in the commercial documents.
What if delivered goods have a problem?
Notify us promptly, isolate affected goods and provide order details, quantities, photos and supporting evidence. The review and remedy follow the approved specification and written order terms. See Returns & Claims.
Communication & commercial terms
Who owns the artwork and product design?
You retain rights in materials you lawfully supply. Ownership of newly created patterns, tooling, artwork or development work should be stated in the quotation or separate agreement. We will not assume rights that are not documented.
How will my project information be used?
We use enquiry and project information to evaluate, quote, develop and fulfil the requested work. Sensitive or confidential materials can also be covered by a suitable written confidentiality agreement. See our Privacy Policy.
What happens after I send an enquiry?
A member of the team reviews the brief, identifies missing decisions and replies with questions, sample options or quotation inputs. Commercial work starts only after scope, price and applicable terms are agreed in writing.
