Shipping & Delivery

How samples and custom-production orders are prepared, handed to carriers and documented for international delivery.

Important B2B notice

These website policies provide general information. A signed contract, accepted quotation, purchase order acknowledgement or agreed Incoterm takes priority for a specific transaction. Customers should obtain independent legal advice for their circumstances.

01

Production is separate from transit

Lead time has two parts: manufacturing and transport. Production starts only after the conditions in the order confirmation are met, commonly including payment, material availability and final approvals. Transit begins after goods are released and handed to the carrier.

02

Shipping methods

Depending on weight, volume, urgency and destination, shipments may move by express courier, air, sea, rail or a customer-nominated forwarder where available. We compare practical options when requested, but carrier schedules remain estimates.

03

Incoterms, freight and insurance

The quotation or order confirmation should identify the agreed Incoterm, named place, freight responsibility and whether cargo insurance is included. Import duty, tax, customs brokerage, local charges and destination compliance are not included unless expressly stated.

04

Address and documents

The customer must provide a complete consignee name, address, postcode, phone, tax or registration details and any required shipping marks before dispatch. Commercial invoice, packing list, origin or other documents are prepared only as agreed and based on accurate customer information.

05

Inspection before dispatch

Unless another process is agreed, final release checks confirm presentation, packing and order quantity against the approved plan. A customer or appointed third-party inspection can be arranged when included in the order schedule and cost.

06

Delay, tracking and receipt

We provide available tracking or shipping documents after handover. Customs checks, port congestion, weather, carrier disruption and incomplete consignee information can cause delays outside our control. On receipt, inspect cartons for visible damage, note exceptions with the carrier and preserve evidence.
